The V5N6 Watch & Win Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:01 a.m. (E.T) on October 23, 2009 and end at 11:59 p.m. (CST) on December 23, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
How to Enter: Enter by visiting the delight! Web site sweepstakes page at www.delightmag.com/win and complete the online entry or mail a 3 x 5 postcard with your name, address and email address to “Watch & Win” 333 N commercial Street, Suite 400, Neenah, WI 54956 before December 23, 2009. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. The Sweepstakes is not affiliated with Charter Communications, Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC., Cox Communications, Time Warner Cable, MediaCom. or Home Box Office, Inc. (“HBO”). Idea Outpost®, LLC (publisher of delight!) is the sole sponsor ("Sponsor")of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, or incomplete entries.
Subject to the terms herein, one (1) winner will receive a check in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600.00), delivered by certified mail, which is intended to cover the cost of a digital cable television service for one year at a rate of forty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents per month ($49.99/mo.). Winner to be selected at random by our judges, on or around December 28, 2009. Selected entrant will be notified by telephone and/or email and need not be present to win. Return of either the prize notification or check as undeliverable, or failure of selected entrant to reply to any phone or email communication as requested, may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. Decision of judges is final. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Employees of Sponsor, HBO, Charter Communications, Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC, Cox Communications, Time Warner Cable, its advertising agencies, their affiliates, representatives, and their families or households are ineligible to enter/win.
All Contest entries become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to use submissions and photos in future publications, as well as other forms of broadcast and print. No substitution, transfer or cash redemption of prizes allowed, except by sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.
Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Any taxes payable on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, who must return an affidavit of eligibility/publicity release within 21 days of the notification or an alternate winner will be selected. By entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants release Sponsor, Charter Communications, Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC, Cox Communications, Time Warner Cable, HBO, any other promotionalpartners and each of their respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, and their advertising or promotional agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in false light).
